Qualificações

• Degree in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, Law or related field.
• Proven experience in HR management in hospitality or multinational environments.
• Experience supporting multiple countries across Europe.
• Strong knowledge of employment legislation and HR best practices.

Role Overview

We are looking for a skilled and strategic HR Manager Europe to support and drive our HR operations across multiple European countries. This role is ideal for someone with strong leadership capabilities, a hands‑on approach, and a passion for people development.

You will oversee core HR functions including talent acquisition, employee relations, training and development, performance management, employee engagement, and legal compliance, ensuring alignment with our organisational goals and values.

This position will have a functional reporting line to the Director of Operations for Europe, while a hierarchal one to the Director of Human Resources.

Key Responsibilities

• Talent Acquisition: Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for management and key operational positions across Europe.


• Employee Relations: Foster a positive workplace culture, manage employee relations matters, and support conflict resolution.


• Training & Development: Identify development needs and implement initiatives that enhance employee capability and performance.


• Performance Management: Support performance review processes, succession planning, and talent development initiatives.


• Compensation & Benefits: Partner with payroll and benefits providers to ensure accurate and compliant administration.


• Legal Compliance: Ensure compliance with local labour legislation and internal HR policies across multiple countries.


• Strategic HR Partnership: Support business leaders with workforce planning, organisational development, and change management initiatives.


• Employee Engagement: Develop and implement initiatives that drive engagement, retention, and employee satisfaction.


• International Mobility: Support cross-border assignments, onboarding, and international employee mobility programmes.

What We're Looking For

• Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Law, or a related field.


• Proven experience in HR management, ideally within hospitality or multinational environments.


• Experience supporting multiple countries across Europe.


• Strong knowledge of employment legislation and HR best practices.


• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and interpersonal skills.


• Strategic mindset with hands‑on problem‑solving abilities.


• Proficiency in HR systems and Microsoft Office.


• Fluent English is required; any additional European languages are an advantage.
