Responsabilidades

• Inspect guest rooms, public areas, pool, etc. after cleaning to ensure quality standards.
• Run sold room reports, verify room status, and prioritize room cleaning.
• Assist housekeeping management in daily activities and coordinate with other departments.
• Document and resolve issues with discrepant rooms with the Front Desk and communicate changes in room assignments.
• Hire, train, schedule, evaluate, and coach employees; ensure safety policies are followed and assets are protected.
