Wyndham Hotels And Resorts seeks an experienced Hotel Manager to lead a flagship opening in Portugal, ensuring the project aligns with brand standards and timelines. You will drive profitability, develop a high-performing team, and maintain strong owner communications across stakeholders.

The role requires international hotel management experience, strong strategic and financial acumen, and proficiency with Opera and MS Office tools. Fluency in Portuguese and English is preferred.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in hospitality or related field required.
• Extensive international hotel management experience preferred.
• Strong financial, revenue and P&L knowledge.

Responsabilidades

• Lead hotel opening project according to critical path and forecast.
• Define and deliver against the hotel's strategic and budget plan.
• Ensure brand standards and guest satisfaction measures are implemented.
• Manage people leadership, recruitment, development and performance.
• Build owner relationships and maintain communications with stakeholders.
