Staycity Group is seeking a proactive Maintenance Technician to join our property team in Porto. You will perform planned and reactive maintenance across building fabric, plant and equipment to ensure safe, compliant operations and optimal guest experience.

You'll work with the operations team to reduce downtime, keep systems running, and support continuous improvement while upholding health and safety standards across multi-site environments.

Qualificações

• 2+ years’ experience in facilities or property maintenance.
• Good knowledge of building services and safety practices.
• Experience with CAFM and BMS systems desirable.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver day-to-day planned and reactive maintenance to guest areas and back of house.
• Conduct inspections, fault diagnosis and repairs of mechanical/electrical plant.
• Log and prioritise work orders in CAFM and maintain records.
