The number of our employees and the scale of IT infrastructure is constantly growing, so we are currently looking for another help desk specialist.

Responsibilities
  • Assisting colleagues with any questions related to their devices and the use of work software (Joom has over 400 employees)
  • Managing office equipment and IT infrastructure (inventory, setup, updates, reconfiguration) using JAMF, Google Workspace
  • Ensuring security controls
  • Writing technical documentation
  • Distributing access and licenses
  • Automating various procedures
  • Procuring equipment
  • Integrating back‑office systems and internal services, including cloud platforms (Google Cloud, AWS)
Requirements
  • Knowledge of Windows, Linux, and Mac basics, TCP/IP, and networking technologies
  • Skills in diagnosing software problems
  • Ability to automate processes using any programming language or a strong desire to learn
  • Willingness to spend at least half of the working time assisting employees with technical questions
  • Good communication skills, friendliness, and willingness to help
  • English language proficiency
