Kats Recruitment seeks a Hebrew-speaking Content Moderator for a 24/7 on-site role in Lisbon. You will review and moderate Hebrew content, detect policy violations, and escalate issues as needed, supporting global safety operations.

Fluency in Hebrew and English at B2+ is required, with EU passport or Portuguese work authorization. The position is full-time in a modern Lisbon office with relocation assistance and wellness programs.

• Native or near-native Hebrew with flawless verbal and written communication.

Responsabilidades

• Content Review: Monitor, evaluate, and moderate Hebrew content to ensure alignment with platform guidelines.
• Risk Identification: Detect and flag inappropriate or policy-violating material for swift action.
• Objective Decision-Making: Make independent content removals or escalations based on global guidelines.
• Data Privacy: Handle sensitive information with confidentiality and security.
