CloserHire is seeking Hebrew-speaking Social Media Content Moderators to join our Lisbon team. You will review content in Hebrew and English, ensuring compliance with platform policies and legal standards, while collaborating with legal and compliance teams to refine moderation policies.

Qualificações

• Hebrew language proficiency at C1 level and English at B2 level.
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic, team-focused and structured environment.
• Ability to make decisions based on rules and policies; passion for helping others.
• Ability to handle potentially stressful situations.

Responsabilidades

• Review reported content across Hebrew and English, ensuring alignment with legal standards and platform policies.
• Evaluate advertisements for compliance and remove or modify unsuitable content as needed.
• Investigate reported violations using internal tools; verify claims and determine actions.
• Document moderation activities and report findings; identify trends for policy improvements.
• Collaborate with legal and compliance teams to resolve complex issues and support policy development.
