Our company in Braga is seeking a skilled Heavy Equipment Operator to join our team.

Responsibilities

• Operate heavy equipment such as bulldozers, excavators, loaders and cranes to move materials and perform construction tasks.
• Follow safety procedures and regulations while operating equipment.
• Inspect equipment before and after use to ensure proper functioning.
• Communicate with other team members to coordinate tasks and ensure efficient workflow.
• Maintain equipment by performing routine maintenance and repairs as needed.
• Operate equipment in a precise and controlled manner to avoid damage or accidents.
• Report any issues or malfunctions with equipment immediately.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Valid heavy equipment operator license/certification.
• At least 2 years of experience operating heavy machinery.
• Good physical condition with the ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions closely.
• Excellent hand-eye coordination and spatial awareness.
• Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment.

Salary: $900 per week. Additional benefits may be offered based on performance.

Location: Contract job in Braga. We are open to candidates from all nationalities but preference will be given to those who already have a valid visa or are able to obtain one on their own.
