As a Heavy Equipment Operator you will be responsible for operating various types of heavy equipment such as bulldozers, excavators, and cranes to aid in construction projects.

Responsibilities

• Operate heavy equipment safely and efficiently according to project specifications.
• Perform routine maintenance checks on equipment to ensure proper functioning.
• Follow all safety protocols and regulations on job sites.
• Communicate with team members and supervisors to coordinate tasks and ensure smooth operations.
• Read and interpret blueprints, maps, and project plans to determine proper equipment usage and placement.
• Use hand signals or radios to communicate with other workers on site.
• Monitor equipment performance and report any malfunctions or issues to supervisors.
• Keep detailed records of daily activities including hours worked, materials used, and tasks completed.

Requirements
