Details – Hospitality, Sports, Leisure is the platform responsible for managing the Hospitality, Sports, and Leisure areas of Arrow Global in Portugal. It oversees the management of major hotel units located in Vilamoura, Carvoeiro, Lagos, Albufeira, Aroeira, and Madeira, as well as golf courses and equestrian centers.

The Head of Sales will be responsible for supporting the implementation of the commercial strategy for the golf portfolio, ensuring alignment across all properties and maximizing revenue opportunities through partnerships, cross-selling, and market development.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the Commercial & Marketing Director in the definition and roll-out of commercial plans across all golf assets.
  • Coordinate group-level sales actions to ensure portfolio consistency and market reach.
  • Identify and develop cross-selling opportunities across destinations and hotels.
  • Represent the golf portfolio in trade shows, fam trips, and promotional trips, strengthening relationships with key partners (tour operators, DMCs, federations, etc.).
  • Lead the continuous improvement of commercial systems, identifying opportunities to enhance processes, reports, and insights in CRM and Power BI, working closely with the CRM Manager and Power BI Manager on project development and implementation.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align campaigns and communications with commercial objectives.
  • Support the onboarding and training of local sales teams to ensure best practices in golf sales management.
  • Provide regular market feedback and insights to management.
Key Qualifications:
  • Strong experience in Sales, preferably within the hospitality, golf, or travel industry.
  • Strategic mindset with solid commercial understanding.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Comfortable working across different teams and business units.
  • Analytical and process-oriented, with knowledge of CRM and data visualisation tools (e.g. Power BI).
  • Fluent in English; Portuguese is a plus.
  • Availability for regular national and international travel.
