Job summary

SWJ Portugal Engineering Solutions in Lisbon is seeking the first information security lead to own TISAX and security programs. You will establish how we work in this area, advise our teams and clients, and help grow the function over time.

You’ll build the processes, run internal audits, coordinate formal assessments with the chosen audit provider, and translate security requirements into practical plans. On-site work in Lisbon with opportunities for training and international collaboration.

Qualifications

• Hands‑on experience with TISAX, the VDA ISA catalogue and information security audits.
• Understanding of ISO/IEC 27001 and practical IT security controls.
• Ability to work independently, set priorities and move projects forward.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of information security and TISAX activities in Lisbon.
• Build processes, documentation and working methods for TISAX assessment preparation.
• Conduct internal security audits, identify gaps and drive corrective actions.
