Responsibilities

• Own and set the overall design vision for the product, aligned with the company's long-term strategy.
• Lead the design of the entire platform and own the quality bar end to end, ensuring intuitive interactions and elegant screens.
• Lead high-stakes design work from discovery and research through prototyping, visual and interaction design.
• Own the design language, style guide, and component library; reduce complexity and eliminate inconsistency.
