Experis Portugal is seeking a Head of Data Services to lead and grow a Data Services team in Lisbon within a hybrid work model. You will drive governance, standards, and end-to-end data processes, aligning with business priorities and SLAs.

Qualificações

• 5–10 years of professional experience in Data Services/Data Management.
• University degree; Master’s or PhD valued.
• Strong knowledge of Data Management and Data Governance, including frameworks, roles and policies.
• Experience in setting up and scaling Data Services and Reporting Services operating models.
• Experience managing end-to-end data processes including data delivery, validation and issue resolution.
• Extensive experience designing and improving processes.
• Ability to drive automation and reduce manual effort.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and develop the Data Services team aligned with business priorities and governance standards.
• Establish consistent ways of working, prioritization and scalable service delivery processes.
• Ensure operational excellence by standardizing workflows and improving productivity.
• Oversee end-to-end data processes including delivery, validation, and SLA adherence.
• Define KPIs, monitor data quality and process performance.
• Coordinate data issue management with structured intake and escalation.
