Wyndham Grand Carvoeiro Algarve is seeking a Bell Attendant to join our five-star hotel team in Lagoa, Portugal. You will warmly welcome guests, assist with luggage, and escort them to rooms while providing information during their stay.

Qualificações

• Previous experience in a similar role is considered an advantage.
• Passion for customer service and ability to work as part of a team.
• Strong sense of responsibility, organisation and attention to detail.
• Good communication with guests and colleagues from different departments.
• Well-presented, organised, proactive, dynamic and versatile.
• Availability and flexibility to work different schedules.

Responsabilidades

• Welcome guests upon arrival and departure.
• Assist guests with luggage handling and escort them to their rooms.
• Provide guests with general assistance and information during their stay.
• Ensure the organisation and presentation of the hotel entrance area.
• Collaborate with the Front Office team and other departments when necessary.
