Mission:

Support the Commercial Team in developing and executing the MICE segment strategy for hotels in the area. Ensure the achievement of sales targets for rooms, meeting spaces, and group-related services by managing group quotations and coordinating with internal teams to deliver outstanding service and maximize revenue.

What will you have to do:
  • Prepare and manage group quotations, including meeting spaces and related services, ensuring alignment with business strategy and revenue goals.
  • Negotiate with clients to optimize group revenue across rooms, F&B, banqueting, and other MICE-related services.
  • Ensure accurate and timely use of the system for managing group business and maintaining updated records.
  • Coordinate with hotel operations teams to ensure smooth execution of contracted groups, including site inspections and service handovers.
  • Monitor and apply MICE pricing and segmentation strategies in collaboration with Sales and Revenue teams.
  • Manage requests from online MICE channels, ensuring prompt and professional responses.
What are we looking for:
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in group sales or MICE coordination within the hospitality industry.
  • Strong negotiation and client relationship skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
  • Proficiency in hotel management systems and Microsoft Office.
  • Fluency in Portuguese and English; a third language is a plus.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across departments and deliver high-impact results.
