About the job Greek Customer Service Specialist

We are hiring Greek speakers on behalf of our client running a project dedicated to a leading company dedicated solely to beauty, leveraging over 110 years of expertise to understand and fulfill the diverse desires and aspirations of consumers worldwide.

Responsibilities
  • Engage with customers through live chat, phone, emails, web forms, and social media platforms.
  • Handle consumer requests, providing information and resolving complaints.
  • Deliver exceptional solutions and services.
  • Offer professional, accurate, and timely product and beauty advice.
Qualifications

Must Have:

  • Excellent communication skills, empathy, and a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Customer orientation, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team.
  • Native-level proficiency in Greek.
  • Proficient IT skills, including the ability to efficiently use tools to report interactions.
  • Availability to work in shifts.

Nice to Have:

  • Previous experience in the cosmetics and luxury sectors.
  • Knowledge and experience with digital and social media platforms.
Working Hours

40 hours per week (8 hours per day with an additional hour for lunch), Monday to Sunday from 08:00 to 20:00.

This opportunity is also open to the candidates located abroad. Relocation and housing help will be provided to those moving from the distance over 100 km away from Porto.
