Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated (JLL) in Lisbon is seeking a talented Graphic Designer for the Architecture & Design team. You will develop visual assets for tenders, proposals, client presentations and design identities for international projects.

The ideal candidate has a degree in Graphic Design or a related field, strong Adobe Creative Suite skills, motion design experience, and a proactive, collaborative mindset to deliver high-quality visuals across print and digital media.

Qualifications

• Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Applied Arts, or related field.
• Fluency in French (written and spoken) and professional English.
• Experience in a design/branding or architecture environment.

The Architecture & Design team

The Architecture & Design team supports the development of innovative workplace, retail, and hospitality environments for international clients. Working closely with Interior Architects, Designers, and Business Development teams, the Graphic Designer plays a key role in bringing concepts to life through compelling visual communication.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and design visual assets for tenders, proposals, client presentations, and design projects.
• Create and evolve visual identities, including logos, pictograms, graphic charters, and wayfinding concepts.
• Design print and digital communication materials, ensuring consistency across all project deliverables.
• Develop signage concepts and graphics for retail, hospitality, and workplace environments.
• Translate creative briefs into impactful visual concepts aligned with project objectives and client expectations.
• Produce presentation materials, mood boards, concept boards, and marketing collateral.
• Create motion graphics and support the production of videos, animations, and concept presentations using Adobe After Effects and AI-assisted tools.
• Prepare artwork and technical files for print production and digital distribution.
• Coordinate with suppliers and understand the technical constraints of different materials and supports, including vinyl, aluminium, wood, textiles, and signage systems.
• Ensure the quality, consistency, and technical accuracy of all deliverables.
• Stay up to date with emerging design trends, tools, and technologies.

What We Are Looking For

• Fluency in French is mandatory (written and spoken).
• Professional proficiency in English.
• Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Applied Arts, or a related field.
• Experience in a similar role, ideally within design, architecture, branding, or communication agencies.
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
• Experience with Adobe After Effects and motion design.
• Advanced PowerPoint skills for the creation of high-quality commercial presentations and proposal materials.
• Experience in visual identity development, branding, signage, and environmental graphics.
• Good understanding of print production techniques and digital design requirements.
• Awareness of materials, fabrication methods, and signage implementation processes.
• Strong creative thinking and visual storytelling capabilities.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills within multidisciplinary teams.
• Proactive, curious, organized, and solution-oriented mindset.
