SITA Borders is seeking a graduate in Lisbon to join the Borders Talent Accelerator 12-Month Graduate Programme. You will gain exposure to projects across Strategy, Product/Portfolio and Solutioning, building fact bases, improving processes, and creating reusable assets.

Top performers may continue into a second year with deeper specialization. You will work with project managers and functional leads on varied initiatives, including market research, analytics, and AI-enabled improvements, with

Qualificações

Bachelor's or higher in Business, Economics, Finance, CS, or related fields.
Up to 2 years post-graduation work experience encouraged.
Strong analytical mindset and ability to turn data into outputs.
Experience with Power BI, data analysis or AI productivity tools is a plus.

Responsabilidades

Assist with consulting projects and translate insights into clear recommendations.
Support strategy projects including market sizing and competitor research.
Contribute to product/portfolio work, including financial analysis and KPI automation.
Analyze customer and internal feedback to inform product decisions and improvements.
Support solutioning activities such as bid responses and reusable assets.
Build and maintain knowledge bases, documentation and reporting packs.
