Devoteam in Lisbon, Portugal is seeking a detail-oriented Google Workspace Specialist to join our nearshore team. You will provide comprehensive technical support, manage Google Workspace administration, and support multiple regions across time zones.

You will ensure adoption, setup, and ongoing optimization of Workspace tools while maintaining high service delivery standards. The role requires proven Google Workspace experience, strong technical knowledge, and excellent communication.

Qualificações

• Proven experience with Google Workspace administration and user support.
• Strong technical knowledge of Google Workspace apps and features.
• Experience in Admin Console and directory management.
• Clear documentation and training material creation abilities.

Responsabilidades

• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Google Workspace apps (Gmail, Drive, Docs, Sheets, Meet, Calendar).
• Administer Google Workspace accounts, provisioning, and directory management via Admin Console.
• Assist with user onboarding and training; create documentation and run sessions.
• Monitor security settings and compliance to maintain data integrity.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement Google Workspace solutions.
• Track support tickets and configurations; stay updated on Google Workspace changes.
