Noesis is seeking a backend engineer to develop and maintain backend services using Golang within a cloud-first AWS environment, from development through production.

You will participate in code reviews, collaborate with the squad to ensure code quality, security, scalability and maintainability, and contribute to technical documentation and system improvements, including CI/CD pipelines.

Strong problem-solving, teamwork, and a willingness to learn are essential for success in this role.

Qualificações

• Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
• Experience or strong interest in backend development with Golang.
• Knowledge of AWS, Docker, Git, and CI/CD.
• Experience with relational and/or NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, Redis/Key/Valkey, DynamoDB).
• Familiarity with messaging systems and event-driven architectures (Kafka or SQS).
• Knowledge of unit and integration testing and architecture principles such as DDD or Clean Architecture.
• Strong problem-solving, collaboration, and learning mindset.

Main Tasks And Responsibilities

Noesis is looking for candidates with the following profile:

• Develop and maintain backend services using Golang within a cloud-first AWS environment;
• Implement technical solutions, including code, infrastructure-as-code, automated tests, and CI/CD pipelines, from development through to production;
• Participate in code reviews and collaborate with the squad to ensure code quality, security, scalability, and maintainability;
• Contribute to technical documentation and the continuous improvement of systems, architectures, and development practices.

Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Engineering, or a related field;
• Experience or strong interest in backend development with Golang;
• Knowledge of AWS, Docker, Git, and CI/CD;
