Fundação Champalimaud, based at Champalimaud Centre for the Unknown in Lisbon, Portugal, seeks a Technical professional to advance GMP production of cell therapies and immune-monitoring. The role emphasizes collaboration with international partners and clinical colleagues in immunotherapy programs.

We expect strong expertise in immunology, cellular analysis, flow cytometry, and tissue culture, with the ability to travel for international projects and maintain rigorous QC documentation.

Qualificações

• Strong knowledge in human T-/B-cell biology and immunology.
• Practical and theoretical knowledge in cellular analysis and immunological assays to gauge cellular and humoral immune responses.
• Experience with LV and non-LV gene transfer is a plus.
• Skills in DNA and RNA processing.
• Strong expertise in molecular technologies, flow cytometry, T-cell sorting, and immune effector functions.
• Willingness to travel for clinical, international projects.
• Fluency in English (written and spoken).

• Lab management and organisation with an excellent team and collaborative spirit within the institution and with international partners.
• Close interaction with clinical colleagues and within immunotherapeutic programs.
• Analysis and interpretation of immune responses.
• Procurement of clinical samples and processing for molecular and functional analysis.
• Procurement of cellular products for therapy (vector and non-vector).
• Expertise in tissue culture.
• Advanced flow cytometric analyses.
• Commitment to QC documentation and traceability.
