Job summary

IQVIA in Lisbon, Portugal is seeking a Clinical Research Associate 2 to join our on-site team. You will perform site visits, support recruitment planning, and ensure compliance with ICH-GCP guidelines while coordinating with study sites and client representatives.

The role requires a university degree in a scientific field, 2–4 years on-site monitoring experience, strong MS Office skills, and fluency in Portuguese and English. Travel flexibility and a valid B-class license are expected.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Performing site selection, initiation, monitoring and close-out visits
• Supporting the development of a subject recruitment plan
• Evaluating the quality and integrity of site practices in accordance with regulatory requirements, i.e., Good Clinical Practice and International Conference on Harmonization guidelines
• Managing progress by tracking regulatory submissions, recruitment, case report form completion, and data query resolutions
• Collaborating with experts at study sites and with client representatives
