Jobgether is partnering with a client to find a Visa and Immigration Lead based in Portugal. You will shape and operate a technology-driven approach to global immigration and cross-border work compliance, translating regulations into practical, scalable rules.

You will own end-to-end compliance processes, collaborate with Sales, Operations, and Support, and guide customers with expert, clear guidance on complex immigration scenarios.

Qualificações

• 5+ years of professional experience in visa and immigration compliance.
• Corporate immigration experience is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of international visa and immigration regulations.
• Demonstrated ability to conduct detailed regulatory research and independently resolve complex compliance questions.
• Strong ability to translate regulations into clear processes, rules, and workflows.

Responsabilidades

• Own key aspects of the global visa and immigration compliance framework and translate requirements into practical processes.
• Build and maintain auditable compliance logic across countries and employee mobility scenarios.
• Conduct end-to-end ownership of complex immigration questions and drive resolution.
• Develop, document, and improve standardized visa and immigration processes.
• Provide expert-level compliance guidance to internal Operations teams.
• Serve as a subject-matter expert throughout the customer lifecycle (Sales, After-Sales, Support, Success).
• Explain complex immigration requirements clearly to customers and stakeholders.
• Identify opportunities to improve compliance workflows through automation and standardization.
• Bridge regulatory expertise with technology for scalable platform solutions.
• Stay current with regulatory developments and assess impact on platform logic.
• Collaborate across teams to improve processes and experiences.
