AMGEN Capability Center Portugal in Lisbon seeks a Transfer Pricing Manager to lead global TP documentation, including OECD Master File and local files, while strengthening audit defense and risk management. You will collaborate across Finance, Legal, and Supply Chain to ensure accurate reflection of evolving business operations.

The role offers exposure to TP planning, controversy matters, and governance enhancements through AI-enabled workflows.

Qualificações

• Experience in transfer pricing within a multinational enterprise or public accounting.
• Experience supporting transfer pricing documentation, audit defense, or controversy matters.
• Background in economics, accounting, finance, taxation, or related field; advanced degree is a plus.
• Experience in life sciences or IP-driven industries.
• Familiarity with data analytics, process automation, AI-enabled solutions within tax/finance.
• Experience with geographically dispersed teams across time zones.

Responsabilidades

• Lead preparation, review, and finalization of OECD Master File, U.S., and non-U.S. TP documentation (incl. Section 6662).
• Own the annual TP documentation cycle: planning, scoping, timelines, stakeholder coordination.
• Perform and review functional and economic analyses; review benchmarking studies for robustness.
• Ensure alignment between TP documentation, financial results, intercompany agreements, and business operations.
• Collaborate with Finance, Legal, Supply Chain, and regional tax teams to reflect business changes in docs.
• Develop and maintain SOPs, templates, review protocols, and internal controls for TP documentation.
• Manage external advisors to support documentation, benchmarking, and local compliance.
• Support AI-enabled templates and automated workflows to improve efficiency and governance.
• Identify opportunities to streamline processes and reduce manual effort.
