Continental is seeking an international Regulatory Affairs professional to support compliance, homologation, and regulatory strategy across global markets. You will work with R&D, Product Management, Quality, Legal and external authorities.

The role involves leading regulatory implementation projects, maintaining documentation, and driving process improvements while travelling up to 15%.

Qualificações

• University degree in Engineering, Science, Business Administration, or other related field.
• 3+ years of professional experience in Regulatory Affairs, Product Development, Process Management, or a similar area.
• Experience leading cross-functional projects in an international environment.
• Knowledge of standards and regulations, certification processes, homologation and/or technical compliance.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Advanced Power BI and automation skills are highly valued.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across cultures and functions.
• Proficient English language skills (written and verbal).
• Availability for international travels (up to 15%).

Responsabilidades

• Monitor and support compliance with global standards, regulations and homologation requirements.
• Lead or contribute to international regulatory implementation projects.
• Partner with Quality and Technical Compliance teams to minimize regulatory risks.
• Support structured problem-solving activities and compliance investigations.
• Represent Continental in interactions with regulatory authorities, certification bodies and industry working groups.
• Drive process improvements and support the maintenance of regulatory documentation and processes.
