Siemens Cybersecurity Assurance invites an experienced Red Teamer/Pentester to perform cybersecurity assessments across IT, OT, products and software development centers. You will apply hacking principles and red team techniques to mimic real-world threats and drive action with executive stakeholders.

Role requires strong scripting, Python, Bash, PowerShell, and C#/C++ skills, plus 2+ years in penetration testing. Travel internationally is expected; English fluency is essential, German a plus.

Qualifications

• Strong academic history (Bachelor degree) in IT, Computer Science or related fields.
• Certifications such as GIAC GPEN, OSCP, CRTP, CREST are a plus.
• Fluent in English; German or other languages are a plus.

Responsabilités

• Conduct cybersecurity assessments across Siemens landscape including IT, OT, products and services.
• Perform ethical hacking activities, design attack scenarios, translate findings for management.
• Apply red team methodologies to mimic real-world threat behaviours and improve security solutions.
