Thermo Fisher Scientific is seeking a Safety Scientist with leadership experience to coordinate contracted safety responsibilities across programs and mentor a multinational team. You will ensure compliance, develop internal processes, and liaise with project leads to deliver high-quality pharmacovigilance services.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree with 3+ years of safety experience, 5+ years overall, and 1+ year in a leadership capacity.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent with 3+ years of safety experience.
• 5+ years total experience in safety or pharmacovigilance.
• 1+ year of leadership responsibility.
• Equivalency may be considered with appropriate education/training.

Responsabilidades

• Oversees a multinational team of safety scientists.
• Oversees maintenance of applicable technology platforms.
• Manages multiple aspects of projects globally (contractual/regulatory).
• Maintains communications with other functional groups on program issues.
• Keeps updated on regulatory/pharmacovigilance publications and practices.
• Provides plans and forecasts for all assigned projects.
• Serves as a resource to departmental managers and leads initiatives.
• Prepares and presents proposals.
• Manages staff, including performance and development.
• Acts as safety scientist contributor for signal detection and reports.
