Keenfinity is seeking a Project Buyer to join our sourcing team in Aveiro. You will manage supplier selection, RFQs, and negotiations to secure quality, cost, and on-time delivery for our electronics manufacturing services.

Partner with cross-functional teams in an international environment, ensure material availability up to SOP, and drive change management through end-of-life. Fluency in English and Portuguese is required; SAP and purchasing tools experience is a plus.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electronic/Mechanical engineering or business management.
• 3–5 years as project buyer; sales/commercial experience a plus.
• Experience in an international business environment required.
• Fluent in English and Portuguese (verbal and written).
• Strong knowledge of ERP-SAP and purchasing tools; MS Office proficiency.

Responsabilidades

• Ensuring project targets are met (Quality, Cost and availability).
• Support in commercial quotations (Material Costing) to reach sales strategy and goals.
• Ensure supplier selection aligns with supplier strategies.
• Handle RFQs and negotiations with suppliers.
• Define quality requirements and ensure compliance with standards.
• Take responsibility for material availability until SOP.
• Manage Change until End-of-Life of the product.
• Risk mitigation and escalation to meet targets.
