Job summary

Versigent is seeking a PROCESS ENGINEERING MANAGER to drive optimization of production processes, improve efficiency, and ensure quality and regulatory compliance. You will lead technology improvements and coordinate cross-functional projects across production environments.

Ideal candidates have 8+ years in cable production or process engineering, strong data analysis, and proven leadership. International travel and a valid driver's license are expected. English proficiency is required.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in production process engineering or related field.
• Proven leadership and team management abilities.
• Ability to analyze data and implement improvements.
• Fluent English; Portuguese handy.

Responsibilities

• Optimize production processes for efficiency, productivity, and quality.
