bolttech is seeking a senior product/technical leader to bridge business strategy with engineering execution in Porto. You will own the global platform evolution, championing scalability and consistency while guiding cross-functional teams across time zones.

Responsibilities include owning roadmaps, aligning deliverables, managing technical debt, and driving end-to-end requirements with developers and QA. The role emphasizes data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement.

Qualificações

• At least 5-10 years' relevant working experience within an agile environment.
• Strong understanding of software development process and technical requirements.
• Comfortable discussing engineering concepts with developers.
• Able to leverage AI on day-to-day work.
• Proven ability to collaborate with a global team across time zones.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Solid understanding of system architecture, APIs, and integrations.
• Fluent in written and spoken English.

Responsabilidades

• Owning the team's roadmap and backlog, ensuring value-driven work.
• Creating clarity and alignment on deliverables across tech teams and stakeholders.
• Manage technical debt and ensure scalability, performance, and resilience.
• Define end-to-end requirements/stories comprehensible to developers/QA.
• Conduct client discovery and oversee development lifecycle for initiatives.
• Monitor product performance and drive continuous iteration for better outcomes.
