You’ll be the backbone of our HR technology ecosystem, ensuring smooth operations across our global platforms:

• Keep systems running smoothly: Provide daily operational support for our integrated HR platform suite (SAP SuccessFactors, ServiceNow HR Service Delivery, Engagement, and Document Management systems).
• Solve problems efficiently: Troubleshoot and resolve incidents, service requests, and system issues with a focus on quick resolution and user satisfaction.
• Ensure data integrity: Conduct regular audits and maintain accurate, reliable data across all platforms.
• Support decision-making: Prepare standard reports and maintain documentation that keeps People & Culture and business stakeholders informed.
• Enable others: Update knowledge bases and empower People & Culture teams to leverage digital tools more effectively.
