Dashlane is seeking an IT Manager to lead a small, distributed global IT team across Paris, Lisbon, and New York. You will set direction, coach the team, and stay hands-on with our infrastructure and tools to raise IT as a proactive business partner.

You will upskill staff, automate repetitive work, and drive AI adoption across the company. You report to the CTO and collaborate closely with the security team to align IT and security posture.

Qualificações

• 7+ years of experience in IT operations with at least 3 years leading a team.
• Hands-on administration of modern IT environments (Azure, Google Workspace, MDM/endpoint management).
• Direct experience supporting engineering teams and familiarity with GitLab or similar tools.
• Experience using AI tools and automation to reduce manual IT work.
• Track record moving teams from reactive to proactive with automated processes.
• Comfort working in a distributed, multi-country team and fluent English.

Responsabilidades

• Lead a global IT team across Paris, Lisbon, and New York, including DevOps and project management.
• Set direction, coach the team, and contribute hands-on to infrastructure and tooling.
• Upskill existing members and recruit where needed to meet growth goals.
• Shift IT from reactive to proactive by engaging stakeholders and proposing IT-driven solutions.
• Drive AI adoption in IT processes, including access management and onboarding.
• Own core IT infrastructure: Azure IaC (Terraform), Entra SSO/SCIM, Intune and Jamf, GitLab.
• Collaborate with CISO on identity, access, and endpoint security; define IT roadmap and metrics.
• Manage IT budget, procurement, and vendor relationships; support office expansions.
