Decskill is seeking a Global Project Manager to lead large-scale IT projects, focusing on IAM/IGA initiatives and onboarding new applications. You will coordinate with CTO and regional IAM teams to ensure scope, schedule, and budget adherence while delivering automated reconciliation and governance.

The role requires extensive project leadership, strong stakeholder management, and hands-on IAM tool experience, with a culture of growth and long-term opportunities.

Qualificações

• 10+ years of experience leading large scale, global IT projects.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience with IAM/IGA solutions.
• Deep understanding of onboarding, access reconciliation, entitlement certification, and segregation of duties.
• Experience with reporting/visualization tools (PowerBI, Tableau) for KPI dashboards.

Responsabilidades

• Define and execute the end-to-end project plan for onboarding new applications to the IAM tool.
• Define, monitor, and report on progress and risk for the group.
• Ensure all deliverables (scope, schedule, quality, budget) are met on time.
• Coordinate with CTO organization to automate reconciliation as defined.
• Provide technical guidance on IAM concepts (RBAC, provisioning, reconciliation, recertification).
• Lead governance, dashboards, risk registers and KPI reports.
• Conduct steering committee meetings and manage stakeholder relationships.
• Escalate blockers and coordinate resolution with cross-functional teams.
