Greenvolt is seeking a Head of Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) to lead and strengthen the Group’s HSE strategy across its international operations. Reporting to the Sustainability & Corporate HSE Director, this role will drive governance, standards and programmes while embedding a strong culture of safety, risk management and continuous improvement.

The ideal candidate holds a Master’s degree in Engineering or related field, a Level VI HSE qualification, 10+ years of HSE experience, and

Qualificações

• Master's degree in Engineering, Environmental Sciences, Occupational Health & Safety, or a related field.
• Health & Safety professional qualification (minimum Level VI).
• 10+ years of HSE experience in corporate, multi-site and international environments.
• Strong knowledge of ISO 45001 and ISO 14001.
• Experience in renewable energy, energy, construction or similar environments.
• Fluency in English and Portuguese; Spanish a plus.
• Availability for international travel.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the implementation and evolution of the Group HSE strategy across businesses and geographies.
• Develop HSE governance, policies, standards, and management systems aligned with ISO requirements.
• Drive HSE performance through KPIs, audits and assurance programmes.
• Ensure compliance with applicable legal and regulatory requirements.
• Embed HSE into decision-making and day-to-day operations.
• Foster a culture of safety, accountability and continuous improvement.
• Support integration of HSE priorities within sustainability and ESG agendas.
• Represent Greenvolt in industry forums and external engagements.
