PSD Group is seeking a Product Manager to own the platform's growth, define the roadmap, develop features, boost learner engagement, and plan international launches for a digital learning platform focused on digital skills and cybersecurity for small businesses.

You will work across Technology, Marketing, Privacy, Operations and regional teams to turn an established proposition into a scalable global product, with Lisbon or Athens as base.

Qualificações

• 6–10 years of Product Management experience.
• Experience with international product launches and localisation.
• Strong adoption, engagement and product KPI experience.
• Ability to build structure in a growing, evolving environment.

Responsabilidades

• Own the platform roadmap and feature development for growth.
• Drive learner engagement and retention metrics.
• Plan international launches and localisation across markets.
• Collaborate with Technology, Marketing, Privacy and Operations teams to scale the proposition.
