Casa Redondo is seeking an Export Manager to support our global operations and scale our iconic brand, Licor Beirão, across international markets. You will drive the export strategy, nurture distributor relationships, and coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver on growth plans.

Ideal candidates will have beverage/FMCG export experience, strong knowledge of trade regulations, excellent negotiation skills, and a readiness to travel globally.

Qualificações

• Proven experience in export management, ideally in beverages or FMCG.
• Deep understanding of international trade processes and regulations.
• Strong negotiation skills and ability to build lasting international partnerships.
• Fluent English is essential (other languages a plus).

Responsabilidades

• Execute export strategy aligned with global growth ambitions.
• Identify and unlock new international markets with attention to opportunity and risk.
• Build partnerships with distributors, importers and key players worldwide.
• Negotiate contracts, pricing and terms to ensure healthy margins and sustainability.
• Oversee international logistics and on-time exports.
• Collaborate with marketing, production, and logistics to turn plans into success stories.
• Analyze market trends, competition and consumer behavior to refine strategies.
• Provide clear export performance insights and reports to leadership.
