A leading global provider in Lisbon seeks an Export Documentation Specialist to manage the entire export documentation process. Responsibilities include coordinating shipping instructions, processing export documents per regulations, negotiating documents under Letter of Credit, and maintaining contacts with key stakeholders. Ideal candidates will be fluent in French and English, possess strong analytical skills, and have a keen interest in the import and export business. Hybrid working environment offered.

Qualificações

• Particular interest in the fields of import & export business.
• Knowledge of UCP & INCOTERMS.
• Manage your stress and prioritise your tasks.
• Independent but excellent teamwork, dynamism & initiative skills.
• Analytical, communication, and synthetic skills.
• Keen to learn new tasks.
• Fluency in French and English, another language is an asset.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate the export documentation process with various stakeholders.
• Process and control export documents as per regulations.
• Issue and negotiate documents under LC and DC.
• Ensure deadlines between shipment and document presentation are met.
• Update the ERP system daily.
• Maintain contact with suppliers, forwarders, and banks.
