H.B. Fuller, the world’s largest pureplay adhesives company, is seeking an Ethics & Compliance Manager to lead the global ethics and compliance program.

You will work cross-functionally to develop, manage, and enhance policies, trainings, and investigations, reporting to the Global Director, Ethics & Compliance. This role offers broad exposure to corporate governance, due diligence support for mergers and acquisitions, and oversight of third-party risk, with a focus on anti-corruption, data

Qualificações

• Minimum 5 years' experience in ethics and compliance, internal audit or legal function, preferably in a multinational.
• Experience in program management, training, investigations, audits or third-party compliance.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain, update, and provide oversight over core compliance policies.
• Develop and administer a company-wide ethics training program.
• Administer whistleblower helpline and coordinate investigations.
• Train investigators on best practices for high-quality results.
• Oversee global third-party screening and timely reviews.
• Stay up-to-date on laws and propose program updates.
• Support M&A through due diligence and integration.
• Prepare reports for the Audit Committee and the executive Ethics & Compliance Committee.
