Job summary

Nestlé Business Solutions (NBS) is seeking an eContent Expert to support the Zone Category eBusiness Leads in shaping and executing the eRetail content strategy across markets. You will drive content production, localization and governance within Nestlé's Content Operating Models, collaborating with global teams.

The role focuses on operationalizing product content, enabling faster decision-making, and delivering measurable improvements through training, reports, and continuous improvement

Qualifications

• More than 5 years in digital marketing /eBusiness working with Global brands.
• Good knowledge of Digital Marketing.
• Good knowledge of eRetailer/Product Page Content best practices and strategy.
• Project management skills.
• Experience with eCommerce/eRetail strategies is a plus.
• Experience with content management tools is a plus.
• Proficient English writing, reading, speaking.
• Proven change management experience.

Responsibilities

• Supports Zone eBusiness Category Lead(s) in developing/implementing the eRetail/eCommerce Content Operationalization strategy.
• Assesses brands and market maturity and builds up Holistic Content understanding.
• Coordinates the operationalization action plan with Zones, SBUs and Markets.
• Creates and distributes reports and best practices outlining insights and recommendations.
• Supports capability building through training sessions and webinars.
