Decskill is seeking a Data Integration Engineer to join an international data team responsible for building and scaling a global Marketing & Sales Data Platform. You will design, implement, and maintain scalable data pipelines across multiple countries to deliver a unified view of the customer journey from campaigns to revenue.

Qualificações

• Experience with Snowflake or modern cloud data platforms.
• Experience designing and maintaining data pipelines (ETL/ELT).
• Experience with data modelling and data quality frameworks.
• Experience integrating CRM, Marketing, or Sales platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Dynamics, Funnel.io).
• Understanding of Data Warehouse concepts and modern analytics architectures.
• Experience working in Agile environments (Scrum/Kanban).
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience working in international or distributed teams.

Responsabilidades

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable data pipelines using modern cloud data platforms, with a strong focus on Snowflake.
• Integrate data from CRM, marketing, and business systems, including platforms such as Salesforce and campaign management solutions.
• Develop and optimize data models to support Marketing & Sales analytics across the full customer lifecycle.
• Define and implement data quality controls, monitoring processes, and data standards.
• Create reusable technical standards, templates, and reference implementations to support international scalability.
• Provide technical guidance and mentoring to teams across different countries on data integration and data product development.
• Collaborate closely with Product Owners, Business Stakeholders, BI teams, and Data Platform teams.
• Support the adoption of Data Mesh principles and best practices across the organization.
