Decskill in Porto is growing and seeking a Data Engineer to join our IT consulting team. You will analyze data, track KPIs, and deliver actionable insights to support client strategy.

You will build dashboards with Tableau and Power BI, write Python Pandas analyses, and optimize SQL/ETL pipelines, collaborating with global teams.

English mastery required; you will contribute to reporting automation and data quality across multi-source datasets.

Qualificações

• Strong experience in data analysis, BI, or data engineering-related roles.
• Solid knowledge of data visualization and BI tools such as Tableau and Power BI.
• Strong programming skills in Python, particularly using Pandas for data analysis.
• Strong knowledge of SQL and experience working with ETL processes.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Knowledge of descriptive statistics and hypothesis testing.
• Experience with large, multi-source datasets and data pipelines.

Responsabilidades

• Analyze internal and external data to identify business growth opportunities and support client strategy initiatives.
• Ensure accurate tracking and delivery of KPIs aligned with client development goals and business roadmap.
• Support global teams by providing high-quality data insights, tools, and analysis to improve sales effectiveness and decision-making.
• Produce high-value reports, dashboards, and documentation for regional and global client reviews.
• Leverage multiple data sources to generate actionable insights on business performance, client profitability, and wallet share growth.
• Promote and contribute to the automation of reporting and client intelligence deliverables with IT teams.
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across multiple data pipelines, dashboards, and reporting systems.
• Support the development and improvement of client data processes, analytics frameworks, and reporting standards.
