Decskill is seeking a Cyber Security Program Analyst to strengthen cybersecurity maturity and IT risk management for an international organisation. You will evaluate cybersecurity maturity across entities, ensure compliance with the Cyber Security and IT Risk framework, and support continuous program improvement.

You will work with stakeholders across multiple entities and countries, contributing to a major transformation program and developing knowledge across cybersecurity and IT risk domains.

Qualifications

• General knowledge of IT and IT security.
• Knowledge of IT continuity and backup management, including DORA requirements.
• Knowledge of cryptography, including key management and certificate management.
• Knowledge of a recognised cybersecurity framework, such as NIST or equivalent.

Responsabilités

• Deploy the cybersecurity maturity evaluation process across entities.
• Support entities in understanding cybersecurity requirements and providing evidence.
• Assess submitted evidence consistently and in alignment with evaluations.
• Communicate changes impacting cybersecurity requirements and assessments.
• Facilitate the relationship between central IT providers and entities.
• Document assessment results and prepare governance reports.
• Contribute to projects to improve the Cyber Program evaluation process.
• Collaborate with cybersecurity experts across countries.
