The Bosch Group is seeking a Global Creative Development Manager in Lisbon to transform customer insights into impactful creative concepts for global campaigns. You will shape brand narratives, ensure consistency, and drive end-to-end creative development with internal teams and agencies.

Fluent in English, you will leverage AI-powered tools, manage multiple priorities, and contribute to continuous improvement of creative workflows.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Design or related field.
• Experience in creative development, brand marketing or advertising, ideally international.
• Experience managing creative projects and collaborating with agencies.
• Knowledge of content production workflows and AI-powered tools.

Responsabilidades

• Transform consumer and PRO/DIY insights into compelling creative concepts.
• Develop creative concepts and brand narratives for integrated campaigns.
• Ensure creative excellence and brand consistency across assets.
• Drive creative development from ideation to execution with internal teams and agencies.
• Leverage AI-powered tools to enhance ideation and workflows.
• Review deliverables and guide high-quality standards.
• Support global content production and continuous process improvement.
