AMGEN Capability Center Portugal in Lisbon seeks a Corporate Audit Senior Manager responsible for leading audits across Financial, business, Anti-Bribery/Anti-Corruption, Healthcare compliance and Privacy in Ex-US Commercial regions, plus R&D and Manufacturing sites. The role develops Quality Assurance and Improvement Programs and reports to Audit Director.

The Senior Manager will travel up to 40% and supervise audit staff, interact with senior management, and ensure compliance with IIA

Qualificações

• Master’s degree in accounting/finance, business administration, or compliance.
• Extensive auditing, accounting, finance or compliance experience; typically 8+ years.
• Excellent project management and communication skills; able to interact with senior management.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to lead teams and drive results.
• Solid business acumen and knowledge of accounting, finance and business drivers.
• Strong verbal and written communication; professional demeanor with senior leaders.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and maintain professionalism.
• Willing and able to travel internationally (up to 40%).
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.

Responsabilidades

• Execute the Annual Audit Plan as approved by the Audit Committee.
• Provide leadership and coaching to audit staff.
• Support independent assurance and consulting services to improve operations.
• Prepare executive presentations for the audit committee and management.
• Assess adequacy of governance, controls, and documentation processes.
• Interact with senior/mid-level management during engagements.
• Exercise judgment in handling significant business issues.
