BOGE Rubber & Plastics Group seeks a senior Global Controlling leader to establish and run a Shared Services organization across Europe, Asia, and North America. You will standardize processes, drive performance, and partner with Finance, Operations, and business functions to deliver strategic insights.

You will build a high-performing team, coach leaders, and guide budgeting, reporting, and finance digitalization initiatives, including SAP Controlling improvements and governance across regions.

Qualificações

• Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business Administration.
• 8+ years of experience in Controlling, FP&A, or Finance within an international manufacturing environment.
• Previous leadership experience in finance or controlling.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing controlling and business partnering.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and develop the Global Controlling Shared Services team.
• Build a high-performance culture through coaching, mentoring, and talent development.
• Standardize and continuously improve controlling processes across the Group.
• Define process ownership, governance, KPIs, and service standards.
• Drive knowledge transfer and ensure process documentation is complete and up to date.
• Partner with Finance, Operations, and Business Functions to support strategic decision-making.
• Lead budgeting, reporting, and performance management activities within the team.
• Drive SAP Controlling process improvements and finance digitalization initiatives.
• Coordinate cross-functional projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ensure high-quality service delivery and stakeholder satisfaction across all regions.
