Allianz Services is seeking a seasoned Legal & Compliance professional to join the GCCM function. You will design, review, and manage contracts with clients, advise on process improvements, and coordinate with multiple stakeholders across the group.

The role emphasizes governance, data privacy, and reporting, with a hybrid work model and opportunities to influence strategic contracting across Europe and beyond.

Qualificações

• Higher education degree in economics or law or comparable qualification.
• 3+ years in contract management or similar areas in diverse environments.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills with senior stakeholders; English fluency.
• Ability to shape contracts, understand HR, legal, tax and accounting aspects.
• Team player with resilience, flexibility, and motivation under pressure.
• Certification in contract and commercial management (IACCM/World Commerce & Contracting) is valued.
• Interest in IT and (Generative) AI is considered advantageous.

Responsabilidades

• Create, review, analyze and manage contracts between Allianz Services and customers.
• Support business owners on contract-related processes and clauses.
• Gain insight into strategic, legal, accounting, data privacy and security aspects.
• Share key contract insights with stakeholders to raise awareness.
• Manage digital and analog signature processes for contracts.
• Maintain an up-to-date contract repository.
• Prepare status updates and present results to Senior Management.
• Develop reports to address evolving business needs.
• Act as interface with clients on new processes and reports.
