Körber in Portugal seeks a Contract/Claim Specialist within Global Contract Execution Management to design and implement standardized contract tools and processes supporting project execution. You will lead governance, manage claims strategies with project teams, and coordinate with Legal Counsel and Procurement to ensure consistent risk controls across regions.

The role requires cross-country collaboration and robust data integrity practices.

Qualificações

• 5+ years in Project Execution with Contract Manager/Project Manager role, preferably in logistics or automation/parcel sector.
• 5–10 years in Contracts & Claims Management on design & build projects.
• Engineering degree or Quantity Surveyor with proven contractual, commercial and technical qualifications.
• Proficiency in project management/execution methodologies with focus on contract management and terms.
• Certification in Project Management (PMP/PRINCE2/Agile) is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Design and roll out a unified contract execution tools and processes for a consistent way of working with focus on changes, NCC, risk.
• Create and maintain a global library of templates and toolchain to ensure language and data consistency across KSC.
• Contribute to standardization of terms and conditions for sales and purchases where applicable.
• Update and control guidelines from departments such as procurement.
