SBM Offshore N.V. seeks a consolidation specialist to manage quarterly consolidation, ensure accurate IFRS reporting, and prepare consolidated financial statements for internal and external stakeholders.

You will coordinate with global finance teams, support budgeting/forecasting, and maintain consolidation controls. A strong Excel skillset and experience with consolidation tools are essential.

Qualificações

• Master's degree in Finance/Economics or equivalent finance qualification
• 5–7 years in accounting/consolidation in international environment
• Strong Excel and knowledge of IFRS
• Experience with consolidation/reporting applications is a plus

Responsabilidades

• Lead quarterly consolidation process and prepare entries for P&L, Balance Sheet, and cash flow
• Prepare consolidated accounts for the group and contribute to annual report and investor presentations
• Maintain internal controls and optimize the consolidation system
• Contribute to consolidated budgeting and forecasting and management reporting
• Coordinate with local finance teams, central treasury, tax, and investor relations
