Ergomed Group is seeking a Manager, Commercial Quality, to lead and oversee Quality operations within the group, delivering Quality Cost Grids and providing Quality as a Service support for RFIs and bids. You will collaborate with the Associate Director, Client Quality Management to align with frameworks and standards.

Qualificações

• Proven client-facing and stakeholder management experience.
• Experience in preparing presentations and client-facing materials.
• Sound knowledge of pharmacovigilance and clinical affairs.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and oversee Commercial Quality activities across the group.
• Drive quality input into proposals, RFIs, and bid defence activities.
• Develop and maintain Quality Cost Grids and related collateral.
• Manage CPTs, CAPAs, deviations, and audit/support activities as needed.
• Coach and develop staff to build SME expertise in Commercial Quality.
