Empa-T is seeking a Cloud Enterprise Architect to define and govern cloud strategy across a global organization in the Financial Services sector. You will drive cloud adoption, establish architecture standards, and shape technology roadmaps with senior leadership.

The role requires 5+ years in cloud and enterprise architecture with hands-on experience across AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, or IBM Cloud, plus Kubernetes, Terraform, and CI/CD practices.

Qualificações

• +5 years of experience in Cloud Architecture and Enterprise Architecture.
• Experience with AWS, Azure, Google Cloud or IBM Cloud.
• Hands-on experience with Kubernetes, Docker, OpenShift, Terraform and Ansible.
• Experience designing Cloud-Native and Microservices architectures.
• Knowledge of DevOps and CI/CD best practices.
• Experience integrating security frameworks and SDLC tools (SAST, DAST, SCA, CSPM).
• Strong understanding of distributed systems, scalability, resiliency, and middleware architectures.
• Experience with TOGAF or Zachman frameworks.
• Knowledge of risk management, gap analysis, SWOT analysis, and TCO modelling.
• Experience in Financial Services is a plus.
• Knowledge of AI/ML and Data Analytics is a plus.
• Professional Cloud Certifications are highly valued.

Responsabilidades

• Define and govern the cloud architecture strategy across the organization.
• Ensure cloud solutions comply with security, risk, regulatory, and enterprise architecture standards.
• Drive cloud adoption, migration initiatives, and modernization programs.
• Design and promote cloud architecture patterns, CI/CD frameworks, and Infrastructure as Code standards.
• Advise development teams on Cloud-Native architectures, APIs, DevOps, AI/ML, and Data Analytics solutions.
• Contribute to cloud governance, compliance, and risk management initiatives (GDPR, DORA, etc.).
• Support the evaluation and adoption of emerging technologies and PoCs.
• Act as a bridge between business stakeholders, technical teams, and senior leadership.
• Participate in enterprise architecture, API governance, cloud, and innovation committees.
• Produce architecture recommendations, reports, and strategic roadmaps.
